End of Service Compensation for Rubber tapper

Dear Sir,

My Family have 2.5 Acres of rubber plantation in Kollam Dist of Kerala. We had employed a person for tapping before Ten years. Now he is not doing his job properly. Therefore, I need to terminate him in a good manner and appoint someone else for the job.
How much I have to pay him as End of service compensation?

Nothing except as you desire because no law is applicable in the personal nature of employment. It is your sweet desire to compensate him as per your sweet wishes. He has got no legal right to claim anything.
