If in charge police station called a person at its police station regularly and not informed that person what investigation they conducting against him. What is remedies available to that person can he called status report of wt investigation pending against him by applying to judicial magistrate. Is there any provision or authority on it.

If you are not at all knowing for what your have been summoned to the police station and you also attend the station every time and returning without being inquired or investigated, it is as good as a punishment. Under the situations, next time when you are summoned, you should be accompanied to the station by a lawyer and you may ask the Incharge the reason, if he fails to give proper explanation,move an application before the higher police official for redressing your grievance and if you do not get a proper redressal over there, you may either file an application before the State human rights commission or before the concerned judicial magistrate court with a private complaint for harassment against the concerned police.
