Hi my shop is in delhi in vashist park West part of delhi my tenant is no vacating the shop so I filled the case in 2013 as where my shop is located rent law is not valid so we filled the case for the possession as I am the owner I have submitted all my legal documents in the court where my tenant doses not consider me the owner or the landlord but recently I came to know that he sold my property and produced the new registered documents with other person name as my papers are GPA I AM very scared now wat to do now so pls help me in this matter thanks

it is necessary to go through papers mentioned by you to advice . tenant cannot create third party rights in property without landlord consent

You are only GPA holder. Has the tenant produced papers from owner? Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

The GPA cannot become a owner though you might have paid the consideration amount in full. The relevant papers produced before a prudent lawyer will tell tales that how you have been defrauded by your principle and the tenant in collusion.
