Gift deed

My elder sister has an underconstruction flat in Rajarhat, Newtown for which my younger son is the nominee. What will be the best possible way of legalizing the ownership of the flat - by forming a will or getting a gift deed ?

WILL, sale/gift/transfer deed.............all are legitimate..............

Otherwise even if brother is nominee he is not ClassI legal heir and can not stake ownership...............

Sale deed or gift deed are better option.

In sale deed purchaser has to pay sale consideration amount to seller but in Gift deed donee has to pay nothing so gift deed is best option.

elder sister can by will bequeath flat to younger sister . that would be best option .
