Personnel in Line Management/HR are not your employer. They are just another employee like you.

Submit notice of resignation/resignation/escalations to good offices of appointing authority, MD etc.................under proper acknowledgment.

Relieving letter signifies that nothing is pending at the end of employee.

Thus if NO tasks, amounts are due at the end of employee, this letter has to be issued.

If notice pay in lieu of notice period is stated in appointment letter issued to you then employer can not decline it.

If you are unable to handle the matter on your own approach an able and experienced lawyer dealing in Labor Law/Service Matter cases with all record that you have and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer after you have understood the merits and remedies.

Did you pay any penny to either of the expert on this platform to contact you? Learn some manners and behave properly. Sorry, no advise to such querist.
