Hi,
I plan to start a sports academy and sports event management company in Gurgaon for commercial purpose as proprietor/ partnership firm. For the same, I would need a land of around 10,000 sq. ft. under lease for minimum 5 years.
1. What are my options in terms of the kind of land I should look for (legal sanctity) and the registration process?
2. Company registration/ formalities.
3. Post registration compliances and requirements.
4. Any other useful information/suggestion in this regard would be of much help.

for required formalities/requirements, you have to engage local consultant.

Yours is a very big requirement of costly advice for your cherished profitable business venture for which neither your expectation for free advice is justified, nor anyone may have so much time to spare to fulfill your requirements!

So, better get a business plan prepared in black & white by some expert after various consultations on legal issues.
