Permanent alimony

(Querist) 08 December 2014 This query is : Resolved 
sir, if a person has filed an appeal for divorce in high court( lost his case in session). now if his appeal is allowed by high court, does high court asked him for permanent alimony though wife didn't file any application under sec25. the couple don't have any issue and she is working lady earning more than her husband
