Regarding to how to file writ in up high court.

Dear Jury
My Mother got the Govt. Job as primary teacher in UP Basic Shiksa Prishad, after her appointment, the concerned department sent her certificate to the (UP Board) Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishd for verification. Her 10th certificate has been verified but her 12th certificate has not been verified for a long. After not getting the verification I went Allahabad to (UP Board) Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishd to look after the matter after meeting the concerned department officer he said that your case is 1979 and we do not have that year record because record may have missed. and your verification will not be verified without that year record ledger. And they have not been verifying my mother 12th certificate for 7th months.
Sir We are not faulty anywhere despite we are facing trouble. Now I want to file the case in court so guide me which one court do I file the case, how can I file the case and how can I make my mother verification verified from the concerned department.
I shall be highly obliged !!!!

1.there is no need to go the high court;
2. wait and watch department(school) action;
3. get written letter from up board about missing record;
4. also go to that school, in which school your mother was studied and get required information.

letter from UP board that information for said year is missing should suffice . if Up board refuses to give letter contact a local lawyer and take legal proceedings against the board

Dear Sir
First, I would like to pay thanks to all of you. I would like to bring to your kind notice I met School principal. She said in my school there has not been record for 1979 and I was appointed here 1984. Whatever record I have I got your Gazette searched lot but we did not get that Gazette. But there is only one register, in which register my mother received her mark sheet. I sent that register page copy to concerned department but they did not accept that copy. But now I got the RTI way, I will ask the information from it.
Now sir I would like to ask that what should I ask with the RTI.

Mr.Sameer, your mother has submitted the certificates to her prospective employer UP Basic Shiksa Parishad. It is for the employer to get these certificates verified. Not your mother. Whether your mother is given employment or it is pending on this pretext, it is not clear. If she is already in employment, she can conveniently forget the issue, as getting the certificates verified is not her duty. If her appointment was kept pending on this pretext, she can approach the next higher authority representing them, that it is not her fault for pending verification. This is the best way to tackle the matter instead sending an RTI application to the Board. She has not directly made correspondence with the Board, what information she can ask under RTI. At the most, she can ask whether 1979 record of students is available or not. It will not serve the purpose.
Adapt the approach suggested by me. If the problem is not solved, then she can file a writ petition in High Court making the employer and the Board as defendants.

Dear sir they have appointed my mother but they are not making salary so far. that is the problem.

Let your mother represent to her employer stating that she has submitted all required documents and salary has to be released.

Dear sir so many time i met that school principal she said, i were appointed here in 1984. whatever record i have only 1979 year gazette. i do not have that year gazette. I got 1979 gazette searched a lot. but we did not get that year record.
