Hello sir,
Please give me reply to my question as soon as possible
My wife filed false 498a and DP act 3 and 4 in sep 2014. till now the police did not arrest my family members. The Sub inspector has not informed me about the fir,they were hiding the fir when contact made.only they were telling to my father come to ps.As i am working in defence.They sent a fir copies to my working place for the purpose of investigation.fir lodged in sep but it is handed to me in dec.whether should i produce before them.

It is good that you have come to know about the registration of FIR.
Now contact a lawyer and apply for anticipatory bail. Once that is done, nothing to worry anymore.
Do get bail first as you are arrested yu may be suspended from job.
