Table space on l&l basis ?

Can an owner of commercial premises give out table space on Leave & License basis to 3/4 parties. Kindly provide link for registration of L&L agreement on line. Awaiting expert advice and thank all on the forum helping poor citizens by providing initial legal information/advise.

This is a local issue, this can be solved by taking opinion from a local lawyer or by taking the help of a local consultant on this issue.
