Dear Sir,
We filed a case on nOv - 2013, at the time of evidence, my husband compromise and stayed in my parents house with 3 months notice order by judge, later he did some mischieves and we seperated again, since i am not working any were , i resigned my earlier job, but he is arguing that i am having earning capacity and cant give maintainence, so please suggest me if any document need to submit to court to show that i am unemployee and i am really confused, he is not returning any assests, jeweleries of minem is any possiblity to get back in this case.
Please suggest me,.

if your husband is refusing to return your streedhan file complaint under section 498A with local police station
working wife is not entitled to maintenance . if you had been working in past court may not award you maintenance

Dear sir,
compalaint already filed in criminal case in 31 -dec 2012 it self that summons will raised to May of this year. I dont have any job right know, health issues are there very difficult to survive. staying at parents house.
Is there any other solution, then filed a case is wastage of time and money right,
Please suggest me

So, What ever our parents has given at the marriage time that will not come in this case, we have to fight in criminal case it self right,.
This case is only to fight on monthly maintainance, and my husband is arguing that he cant give maintanence he is ready to go jail.

You better file case for maintenance under PWDV Act wherein the justice is done quite speedily.
