Sir,
My SIL has filed the DV case too againt several family members and we all havee made one commom reply supported by affidavits.Now at the time of trial, after she lead her evidences, whether ist mandatory that all of the respondents shopuld lead our evidences and appered in witness boxes?
whether main respondent i.e husband witness will be sufficent to solve the purpose?

1. The procedural law does require each of the accused to lead their own evidences.

In DV case, respondents are not accused..My query is whether its harm if only respondent husband lead his evidences as other have filed their common written statement with respondent husband?
