Hi experts ,
Can we cross protection officer after my bro cross. My bhabhi cross is already over and my bro cross is going.
Allegations in protection officers report are not even part of FIR and DV affidavit.
Its all contradicting.

Hi Experts,
Protection officer is very corrupt. Without any investigation he has prepared one-sided report. No medical reports attached , no list of witness. He newer send anyone to our place for verification nor spoken to our neighbor.
In PO report its mentioned we had given her abortion pills for 10 days when she was seven months pregnant.

The report of PO is a mere formality and the court gives no consideration to this. So crossing PO would be a wastage of time and energy.

Are you sure Sir.....?
Because interim was awarded because of PO's report.
It was mentioned in order the version of applicant matches with version of protection officer report. so the maintenance was granted.

you may file an application for issue a summon to Protection officer as witness and cross examine the same, it may be possible that there is any point which may be very useful in your case.
