Sir,
I am living abroad and I used to have relationship with a girl. An year ago we broke up there and I came back to india after few months and I got engaged to another girl. After few months of my engagement that girl with whom I had relationship once approached my family and my in laws family and told that she got pregnant with my child and she undergone Abortion. She said to my family either you should marry him with me or I will complain against you. wecompletely refused her marriage option and said that you should proceed as you like. Now she have complained in police station that my family and I have threatened her. We have put pressure on her family due to which she got into stressed and she fell from stairs and she had to abort the child, also she had been taking lots of medicines because of us. On theze complains DSP summoned me. And my family visited police station and they have called again after a week. In the whole time she had been continuously mailing me that she will put me behind bars no matter what ever she have to do and whoever she have to approach. So I want to know that how should we proceed further as we are not at any fault. She asked me to marry her and I refused and we broke up in the past. On those grounds she has been filing the case, if matter goes into court will the judge give me importance since the relationship we shared was outside india and not even in india.

Is there any complaint or FIR lodged against you/your family? If yes, obtain anticipatory bail and contest the case(s). It is a blackmailing tactics adopted by the lady, do not succumb to it.
Contact, engage and consult a prudent local lawyer for proceeding in a professional manner for protection of your/your family's interest and benefit.

I wish you would have realised this maxim earlier.
Now a case of rape is in the offing. But nothing to worry. Take bail. In these types many high courts do not consider consensual sex to be sex on promise of marriage.

Yes, there is nothing to worry in the long run. However, the present is bound to be harrowing. It could not be otherwise as Sex is not a right, but a responsibility.

File an FIR for blackmailing by her with proof of her mails, if she had been continuously mailing me that she will put me behind bars.
Your query, "if matter goes into court will the judge give me importance since the relationship we shared was outside india and not even in india," is quite premature. I don't think that stage would come if you and your family members face the situation intelligently.

Sirs,
she have reached out to DSP complaining against my family. She complained that my family had allowed me to marry her due to which she and her family came into stress and she fell from stairs due to which she had to undergo abortion and she have been taking medicines since then. Whereas I believe she have not undergone any abortion because she have been saying this from 4 months but have not produced any report for it. Also if abortion is the matter then also the physical relationship was shared outside india. Also she said in complained that my family tried to use power on them to hold back the case whereas the opposite have been done, she have been scaring my family on name of the jail and she is sayinshe'll wrute a letter to president to complain.

If her complaint has been registered as FIR, then take anticipatory bail and challenge her case which is devoid of merits,you may take the help of a local lawyer for further issues.

From the given facts it appears that you committed an offense u/s.376 IPC which is cognizable, non-bailable and non-compoundable offence triable by a Session Judge. Complaint filed by the girl in the DSP OFFICE shall be treated as F.I.R. so it will be wise to pray anticipatory bail
at once.
