Hello Experts, I have already asked too many questions already and need clarification on section 177 and section 178 and have seen cases getting quashed because of judiciary restrictions,
In my case only the Hospital document which she has attached are from Agra( She was bruetly beaten in delhi at 12 and got medically examined at 9 in UP) rest all allegations, harassment, Dowry demand, Marriage and what ever one can think in marriage has happened in Delhi.

Does sec 177 and sec 178 helps in getting complaint quash or i need to wait till FIR is submitted ?? are there any chances atall

Dear Jas
FIR has been registered or not?

if yes then quashing can be possible on jurisdiction ground but it may also be possible that the court may transfer the case to Delhi where the cause of action arises.

Sir, complaint at mahila Thana is registered we attended 3 mediations at Agra and moved to high court under 226 for stay, high court further directed to mediation at allahbad which failed and is pending for hearing so was asking whether can be quashed on jurisdiction grounds or shall i wait to get chargesheet by filed by IO
Thanks

Jurisdiction cannot be quoted as reason or ground for quash, better wait for charge sheet and go for quash accordingly.
