1. So is my mom have right to ask that land or I have right to ask tht ?
---Your Grand fathers’ (your moms father) property shall be divided into 5 parts i.e. 3 sons and 2 daughters (including your mom). All are equally entitled for the property. You have no right to ask for your share. It is your mom’s wish whether she can give it to you or not. She can give it to third person also.
2. Is my mom has right to ask the land on my grand moms name ?
--Relating to your grand mother’s property, her share will be divided into 5 parts i.e. 3 sons and 2 daughters (including your mom). All are equally entitled for the property. You have no right to ask for your share. It is your mom’s wish whether she can give it to you or not. She can give it to third person also.
3.If my mom have right in either above 2 cases how to proceed to know the land survey numbers and claiming that property through court.
---There is no need to go to court. You have to go to tehsil office and get certified copies of the Pahanies (Revenue records) by giving survey No. and Tehsil name. Your Grand father name and grand mother name will be reflected in the above records. Basing on that ask your other co-sharers i.e. 3 sons and one daughter to divide the property. If they do not divide the property and go on disputing the matter, then file partition suit against them. For futher details call me 7893011777 or connect me ravinder2345@gmail.com.

Who told you that land on grand moms name shall be equally divided only between daughters? Did you hear that on consulting any lawyer?
