Sir, i want to adopt my sister daughter ( aged 5 years ). She is divorecee.
Pls advise what are the legal system.

Yes, U can adopt,but the biological father has to give a written consent,even though the custody of the child has been bestowed on the mother.
If the biological father does not agree to the adoption, it is not possible to proceed with an adoption. It is difficult to terminate the parental rights of a birth parent who is not willing even if they do not provide support or visit with their child.

Whether the mother is a divorcee or living separately it is immaterial,as long as the original father is alive he has a right over the child legally.

sir, A girl marry first time got one child and takes divorece, taken alimony for her and also for child, divorece on stamp paper is noteraised office, and marrige and divoreces total three divoreces, all on stamp paper noteraised whether she has right to take alimony from all husband and also for child which she is having from first husband . pls help and advise.

To put in a nutshell,who said divorce granted by a notary is valid?Who said Notary has the power to grant divorce?
