Admissibility of documents through rti act 2005

Dear experts my friend taken documents of hisdisputed land from local tehasildar through RTI act. Are they admissible in civil court ? Please suggest citation sirs

Yes,documents received through RTI are admissible in evidence .

Dear Sirs
I am not dis agree with you but it appears that the question is not so simple. I doubt that The information under RTI is not always admissible in evidence. Some time the information under RTI is compilation of data. Such a report is not admissible. Further there are certain rules about admissibility of secondary evidence.
The information under RTI does not fit in criteria of certified copy or secondary as required under Evidence Act. I think the question is still open to be discussed.

Please give reply sirs, Under Rti act my friend taken few records from revenue dept, the tehasildar signed on that as "ATTESTED " by with office stamp. In court he submitted same, the opposit counsel objecting its admissibility. Honble judge asking suitable CITATION " rti documents are admissible in court of law " so please suggest sirs.
