My wife got back her home permanently because she can't live with my perents in my home but I can't afford that anyway. We got married just 1 year before in that period of time,I didn't identified any serious problems in my house. If things are going like this,I would like to get divorse...please give an openian....

Filing a suit for Mutual Consent Divorce is best option, failing which you can file a Divorce Suit on contest but you should have strong ground for cruelty and desertion.

As per available facts no any solid ground is found on which you can file divorce petition.If you want divorce,you may proceed with mutual consent.

If she agree, Mutual Consent Divorce is best option. Contested divorce may take 5-6 years and other criminal cases can be thrust on you from her.
