dear Nes relief to ex servicemen pbors in public sector bank

Sir pls clarify that I am an ex servicemen pbors joined in psu bank as a clerk and I have been given a pay fixation of basic and grade pay . Whether the Dr is permitted to draw in pension as I am not given the entire other elements in fixation?

The pay fixation for ex serviceman are governed by IBA guidelines based on bipartite settlements. For details of bipartite settlements visit albanking solutions.

As far as the DA is concerned, it can e noted that two DAs cannot be drawn simultaneously that is, one with the salary and another with the pension, though most of the ex-servicemen do not disclose the re-employment status to the pension disbursing office, hence they continue to draw DA at both the ends. The decision is yours.
