Sir,
I am a retired Central Govt. employee retired on 31/07/2015. My gratuity is with hold by pay accounts New Delhi. I was arrested due to my personal property dispute and not related to any of my official matter,My suspension was from 27/11/2012 to04/04/2013. Revoked on 05/04/2013. my annual increment without any order is withhold till my retirement. I have send 14 nos of representation to my H.O.O and to the head quarter no reply is received. what shall i do to get my Gratuity. Provisional pension is granted.

Whether any charge sheet given to you? If any decision was delivered to you by the disciplinary authority after proper inquiry? Whether any retirement letter given to you? If delivered, whether your retirement letter contains any reference of pending criminal case / disciplinary case against you, if so what?
Consult local lawyer expert in service matters show him all the documents and discuss in detail.
