Sir,
I have neither executed any document nor I received any consideration amount. The document is unregistered and unstamped but if after paying the stamp duty it will be sent to handwriting expert under section 45 of Indian evidence act. When I have not executed nor received any consideration amount how will they take my signature against my will as admitted signature. My signature will be used against me for proving my signature. Under what rule they will use my signature when I am denying the signature has been duplicated from my old affidavit lifted and pasted on the document.
I am confused how court will compel me to sign on admitted papers.please advise and oblige.
Thank you

It appears that some facts are missing.

Sir,
When one party is denying execution and other party is insisting execution without adducing any documentary or oral evidence to substantiate the allegation. The party who has claim execution of document should prove thru evidence. In my case how will the court obtain my signature as admitted signature to form opinion about my signature for the court sending for handwrting exprrt when in fact the document is forged and sham and I am opposing and objecting the same. The honble court is helping dishonest litigant to get benefit without adducing primary evidence. Now it is very clear I hope.

@ M Satayanarayana,
1. As I can presume it is the document of Relinquishment deed, which is executed without consideration but compulsory registeration.
2. Authetication of signature can be compelled by court on an application from the litigating party who want to prove the document. However, the same is required to be proved (as forged) by you.
3. Seek help from some other prudent local lawyer.
