Can you help in getting the process done for name change . Need phone assistance and help in the process.

you have to publish your intention to change your name from ..... to ....... and in two videly published news papers and apply for the changes to the concerned offices for change.
in these days there are number of guidelines issued by the governments in case of thier refusal to change your name you have to file civil suit in court.
