Dear concern, As I m getting mutual divorce.I have file a petition last year but due to vacent court the divorce is pending.Now new judge is appointed but now my husband going to deny the divorce and I want a divorce...So now what should I do to get divorce.

Then it Will Not Be a Mutual Consent Divorce.Consult and Appoint a Local Good Advocate and Contest the Case.If your Husband is Really Interested Why dont you give him an Opportunity.Whether you have Children.If Children are there Reunion is the Best.

If any party in the Mutual Consent divorce withdraw the consent before second motion, the divorce would not complete.
You have the option to file contested divorce. Discuss with your lawyer.

I don't have any kids...and I don't wanna give any other chance to my husband...Tell me one thing on my last date my judge said to us that for written statement but that time my lawyer is not present so we were unable to give a statement...after statement what will the next step???

Your supplementary question, "that time my lawyer is not present so we were unable to give a statement...after statement what will the next step" is quite uncalled for, as that question should have been asked from your own lawyer, who remained absence. He should reply you, as based on the judge's observation on that date.

New appointed judge told us that the lawyer's drafting is wrong that is why u take ur case back and file the new petition...kindly let me know that if i cange my case to other court like lucknow it is good or not..plz suggest
