repeating allegations in fresh counter

Wife had filed for divorce on some grounds but family court dismissed the same after trial since she didn't even try to prove her allegations.
Now, husband wants to file for divorce on ground of metal cruelty. So, can she repeat the same allegations/grounds which she used in dismissed petition in fresh counter also?

She can repeat the same allegations/grounds in the counter now being filed. No bar. Now also these grounds may not stand.
