Anirudh (Expert) 07 November 2015
You believe in your case.
The accused is defending.
These are the arguments which has to be advanced before the Court.
It is for the Trial Court to come to a conclusion.
Therefore allow the matter to be decided in the court. Your lawyer/prosecutor will handle the case.
Our views, without knowing the entire evidence produced and proved will be of no use. In any case, even if we may have some views, ultimately the decision by the trial court only will matter.

Conviction depend upon, how successful is prosecution to prove crime against the accused and prove their defense as false.
