Pagdi system shop can give on rent basis

Dear Expert
As we have pagdi system shop in well known place in ghatkopar market center.
Now confused about shop will I give on rent basis or not and I have not much idea about pagdi.
I' got job in out of country with good package and I'll be back after 3 yrs. My father will not able to handle shop at this age.
What I do I don't understand?
My friends telling sell it bcoz if u give rent they will claim ownership on your property.
please help will I sell or give on rent?

1. A "pagdi" system property is owned by the Land-Lord.
2. A "pagdi" system property is "N O T" owned by the pagdi holder/tenant.
3. Hence the "pagdi" system property CANNOT be Rented or Sold, without the written consent .OR. "confirmatory signature" of the Land-Lord.

Pagri system property is tenanted property and tenant has no right to sell / rent the rented property.

You cannot rent it to someone else unless it is already mentioned in the pagadi agreement or you have to take the permission from the owner in writing.
