Builder given me pdc cheque of 9 lachs against the cancellation of flat and the cheque got bounced 9 months back ,informed the builder about the cheque bounce and he had promised me that he will give another new flat ,but still now he had not kept his promise .what should I do now ?original sale agreement and bounced cheque is with me.this builder is a very criminal minded person .please suggest me how to get back my hard earned Money from this builder.

Agreement with the builder, cancellation notice of flat and the bounced cheque need be examined for appropriate advice. Consult some local layer.

Lodge a police complaint u/s 420 IPC.
