Noc for central govt job

i am working in a psu and selected in central govt job, now i ask to psu to provide noc as earlier at the time of applying intimated in written.there is a bond of 3.10 lac, but till this psu not provide noc. what should do if it not provide noc?? if it provide noc then need of releiving letter to join new one or joining may be on the presentation of noc.

If you are breaching the terms of the Bind the PSU may not give NOC unless its terms are complied with in letter and spirit or any penalty is paid.
So refer the Bind here for further advice.

Have you took permission from PSU at the time of applying to central Government?

Have you mentioned your employment while applying Central Government?

All documents including PSU appointment letter, bond terms need to be referred, consult local service matters consultant.

Mr. Dev,

Written intimation, as of your obligation under the conduct rules, has nothing to do with the noc of the employer. You can't claim noc as a matter of right. If on selection you want to join the new organisation you will have to resign on payment of the bond amount.

Pay the bond amount or negotiate with your employer PSU if you want to join new job.
