Law against fraudulence

Respected, all
I am a teacher in a w.b state govt free primary school. It is a govt aid school. Since 2012, I have been observing that the head teacher of my school is always trying to make money from student (most of them are poor), school funds, mid day meal and govt aid by showing wrong information and wrong register books. I informed my senior colleague and he complains the S.I of the school. But the S.I does not take any step against him. My colleague and me protest them and they go against us. and also the head teacher influences the villagers to give threat to me, and being a young woman it is the question of my safety. Now can you please suggest me what should I do to take a step against this fraudulence?

Make a complaint to the vigilance wing of the education department.

1. I agree with the expert advise of Mr. PS Dhingra.
2. Before making any complaint, be sure that some fraud has been committed by Headmaster. Collect all evidences and retain originals with you;
3. Since your school is an aided (Private) school and not government school, lodge written complaint to the Managment also;
4. Convience local ladies and elderly persons with respect to fraud detected;
5. Open all fronts at one time itself giving copies of evidences.
5. I appreciate your concern, however, you have to be bold enough and enough courage to call "a spade a spade", where you shall confront lot of harassment and problems; ultimatly truth shall prevail.

If you lodge complaint against some one do not hope he would not react, rightly or wrongly.
If you want to proceed, lodge complaint with proofs to education department, state vigilance department, district education officer etc.

your query is vague.
You did not specify how he is is making money and how he is doing so.
Is he himself making money alone.
i.e., if he has to make money in mid day meal he cannot do so without connivance of teachers (including you) without whom he cannot give inflated attendance.
Similarly for other grants also one has to show inflated expenditure for embezzeling and cooperation of other teachers is a must. If you have ever been compelled to make a wrong entry (and you agree)even for once then atleast you in introuble.
If unjust money is taken by him from poor students then take it that they parents are not going to support him and they will prefer to support the corrupt.

Sir, It is a govt. school not private school. It is a free primary school for student. actually he is making money by showing wrong register books of students to the govt . It Means the names on the register books are fake. And he is taking money from state govt. as mid day meal, money for uniform and shoe, etc etc. Please, suggest me, what to do?

Actually, I protested him. Because, he is also taking money from poor student by showing disgusting and meaningless causes to their illiterate parents. I tried to convince the villagers but it didn't work for that head master. And indirctly he gave me threat by local politicians but I ignored them. So, he dose not interested to consult with other assistant teacher about mid day meal, govt help, money etc etc. Please, help

If it is govt school then meet state vigilance bureau before writing anything.
