i want to know about sec 24 & sec 12 of dv act

sir is this possible wife is getting maintenace form two sections like sec 24 and sec 12 in pwdv act and is this possible when if one ms mm judge from karkardooma court already awarded a maitenance amount to the wife an her child and she was happy , and then other judge is also awarded maintenance in sec24 how it is possible how can husband manage if he si getting salary only 10000 by pvt job no other way for himself to earn money.

There is no legal bar to run both orders of maintenance simultaneously though in most cases the subsequent order does take into consideration of order of maintenance in another proceeding.
If the court has not considered other order of maintenance then you can apply for modification of the order passed in the case subsequently.

But still ms judge family court of sec 24 she can't consider my problem she still don't consider that mm courts order .
Now my wife also filed execution in family court
I have only way to get out from this situation whether I m going to kill my self or I m going to jail for some time because at this stage I cannot give her any amount and I have no money at all since dec 2013 till now I was paid 179000 rs.
