First cousin marriage

We are bengalis. She is my Paternal Uncle's daughter. We both want to marry and have a good life. Kindly advise us how we should go about this to protect our relationship from our parents.

Yeah am a Hindu. But if we marry despite legal hassles, and we live in, is there any law which can separate us and prevent us from living in?

The marriage would have no legal status and the child born is likely to suffer from congenital diseases.
Do not spoil the life of innocent child out of your rash and reckless decisions.
