Maine 28/07/2015 ko shop se 1 computer set purchase kiya tha Aur 10 month k bad lights short circuit k karan mera computer display fault aa gaya h Aur shop wale me muje kacche bill me 1year ka warranty diya h Jo Ab mukar RHA to me consumer foram me kiske khilap case kru company or shop wale k. Plz, suggestion me. Thanks

If your computer has got damaged not because of any fault or defect in the product, then the case shall be maintainable. but still if you are willing to file a case in consumer forum then File a complaint against both.

Did you install a voltage stabilizer?

Or did the manufacturer advertise that voltage stabilizer is inbuilt and/or not required?

Always prefer valid/tax paid bill.

Try to get help from manufacturer.

For any manufacturing defect case is to be filed against manufacturer and the dealer, both.
