What is the annulment of marriage? Plz explain....my husband was married before marrying me and I don't know about it that time...He did not got divorced from her first wife....now I want to separate from my husband....can I file a annulment case against my husband??Plz guide me...........I m searching a good advocate in Delhi...

Depending upon the personal laws governed, second marriage without disclosing the first marriage amounts to an offence of Bigamy.

Annulment means Cancellation or Revocation.

Yes, in your case you can always pray the court of annulment of marriage.
