Cheque dishonored charges

if cheque is dishonored, whether both bank deducted the dishonored charged in both parties account. if drawer given the application for stop the cheque and bank already charged the bank charges after cheque present in drawer a/c and cheque was dishonored whether drawer bank charged dishonored charged in drawer account. pls given the suggestion on this queries.

If the cheque was returned upaid, the bank levies charges.

Every Bank has their schedule of service charges, you can verify from respective Bank site.
Stop cheque charges and cheque return charges are separate.
