Mcs byelaws related

(Querist) 08 September 2016 This query is : Resolved 
1. If Model bylaws of society is adopted in AGM with 2/3rd majority, is it necessary to MC to act within limitations of those adopted bylaws?
2. Can society draft set of rules and fines in AGM?
3. Does these rules created needs approval from Registrar of societies?
4. If MC acts against the AGM crafted rules or selectively applies the rules, what member can do?

Any help in resolving queries will be highly appreciated.

What is your real problem?

The query otherwise s an academic which don't requires to be attended as per joint decision of experts.

The rules applied by MC are selective and they vary from people to people. They do not abide by the adopted bylaws. What a member can do if he is victim?

If not resisted, the attitude of discrimination prevails all the time and municipal authorities are not exception. Agitate as per rules.

Society has to frame its bye laws in accordance with Model Bye Laws.

Society can accept resolutions / frame rules within the purview of society bye laws duly accepted.
