Dear sir I had applied for medical leave of 30 days which were neither sanctioned nor rejected. Even after my joining with fitness certificate of doctor my medical leave not sanctioned and my salary had been stopped. What legal action can be initiated.

Has the employer issued any reason for stopping the salary, in writing?
Has it issued salary slip?
Do you have proof of submission, dispatch,delivery,of sick leave application and fitness certificate?
Has the employer issued and supplied any communication to you during such period?

answer the above question expressed by the expert. Submit an application to your employer to sanction leave and issue of salary. If not turned up submit an appeal to the next higher authority of your employer.
