you should not neglect court and you'd be termed as absconder. In US also there is no guarantee that you'd be saved. India has extradition treaty with US ans soon you'll b we sent back.

Well,I am not sure why the court has put this condition as after the supreme court decision the high court or sessions court can restrict timing to surrender for regular bail while allowing the anticipatory bail.
So file a relaxation petition in high court. It will be allowed.
If there is time then surrender and take regular bail.

From your previous postings I guess you are complainant. Please confirm.

He can not ignore the orders of court.

If he does not appear in the given time, prey court to cancel the bail and order for arrest.

Prima facie the author is a "student" seeking ready made answers to the questions posed by his/her tutor(s) for a hypothetical academic question.
