Can Evidence by way of screen shots of photograph uploaded on facebook be taken into consideration. If certificate under 65 b is not given along with them will the situation differs.what we can do to not take them record.

certificate of sec 65b is mandatory. no secondary evidence may be considered without the certificate. search and you will find settled law on this point
