validation of marriage certificate

Me and my wife were registered our married on October,2015. As we are not socially married we stay separate till date. My wife's parents created a lot issue to agree me for mutual divorce. When I agreed for mutual divorce then they are saying that this registration is not valid as we did stay together. So I just want to know that is it really so??

Marriage Once Registered it is a Legal Marriage.Filing for Divorce would be the Only Remedy.Mutual Consent Divorce could be completed in 6 month with just 2 times visit to the court by the Couple.You have Not stated about the decision of your wife.Consult a Local good Senior Advocate with all Proofs.

Marriage is valid, You have to proceed for divorce decree either through MCD (Mutual Consent Divorce) or through contested divorce petition.
