kindly let me know as to what is the difference between judicial and non-judicial stamp papers? Thanks.

JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER USED AS COURT FEES IN COURTS OF LAWS AND NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPERS ARE USED FOR ALL TYPES OF CONVENCING DEEDS.

Judicial Stamp for Court Fee - Suits /petitions / applcations in Courts -now a days in AP -Court fee of Rs;- 100-00 above is beign paid in Bank Accoutn of the Concnered Court and Bank Credit Challan/Voucher is affixed on the plaint .

Non-Judicial Stamps are used for Sale Deeds and other Deeds -Registrations and for agreements , and for all other Non- Judicial Purposes !
