1.Respected expert's my wife is advocate n asking for maintenance how to stop her.
2.she did false 498/Dv.how to make the court realize she is lying in the court.
3.11 members in 498 how to reduce the no./cancel the case .
4.2/3 people gv false written from her side to police station (Marathi word jabab)how to make the court realize that they r lying falsely written.
5.how do I defend myself.

Reliefs sought by your wife can not be denied merely on ground that she is an advocate, If she is entitled and has right to get the reliefs as per law then her prayers would be allowed else disallowed.

Prove all her charges are false beyond doubt. Your lawyer can dig out facts through effective crossing from witnesses.

If she is a lawyer and you can prove her professional income, it shall be considered by the Court while slapping the order for her maintenance, which she is legally, socially and morally entitled.
