Sir, please tell me the procedure to register and get approval to start an IAS ACADEMY in tamilnadu.i want to provide innovative coaching of civil service for my local people around us with free of fee and quality education.please tell me steps to get approval and how to register an academy...

If your Coaching center is a big institution you have to get Trade License and remit taxes accordingly and if your income exceeds Rs 9 Lakh you have to do proper registration of your firm and Pay Service Tax with in 30 days

There is no no law requiring the coaching institute registered.
The institute's constitution as business entity may be got registered as Partnership firm, society . company or LLp. For this you may contact a CA or Advocate.
If your teaching technology is really innovative you may get its patent registered. For this contact a qualified patent and trademark professional
Coaching attracts service tax. For registration under that act contact CA or Advocate

It is better to register the coaching center under Indian Partnership Act (FIRMS) at District Registrar Office/Registrar Of Firms. for registration the partners shall execute a Partnership deed on stamp papers along with Form.1. You can get obtain these forms from Registrar of Firms website of TN government.
