sir i had filed review petition against the judgement of permanent alimony given by orissa high court. now my wife had send me notice from family court tell me what to do because my review petition case is pending status in high court

Yes my lawyer had appeared in family court but judge saying to deposit the alimony but my review petition is in high court. So tell me can I get stay order from the high court to order family court for stay. Help me

If there is no stay on the operation of the maintenance order, then you cannot avoid the orders passed by the trial court in this regard.
