Two civil cases are pending in different court on same date. To avoid the case not to be dismiss in default what remedy is available.

You engage two or 3 juniors so they would represent you in court that you are engaged in some other court and once it is completed you will attend this court too.So court will Passover or adjourn the case at it's discretion.

In a civil court, it is not necessary that the party need be present unless specifically directed. The advocate can take care of the matter.

Can I inform the court in advance by mail as two dates on same day in different court. Presently I don't have advocate.

No Mail or any other communication would be Legally entertained in Court either you present your self on the hearing date or appoint an advocate or seek the help,on free legal aid forums available in all the Courts

Sir if attending the first court can I attend the second court in afternoon at about 3pm as the distance between both the court are far and can court accept my attendance in afternoon atleast my case would not be dismiss in default

With an Excuse your presence will be accepted in the court stating the Valid reason of your attendance in other court and you could also plead for other date than for which date your other case had been posted

Normally courts do not dismiss a matter/case at first non-appearance.

The courts presume that you missed the date out of a genuine cause or forgetfulness. It will then give a very short date. Check the 'next date' the very next day.....
