Dear expert
My wife has got illicate relationship with my friend and my friend attacked me on July 2 2017 in my house it was a murred attack on me my head got injured and I was hospitalized for a week and case is booked against him under IPC 307 and he has escaped and still not arrested till know and my wife is still contact with him in fb and what's app if I told the police also they have not taken any action against my wife still and police ate showing me the call details see u r wife is speaking with u r friend from past six months for two hours daily and police r only telling u r wife has got illict realtion and myvfriends also seen my wife is roaming with my friend and he has only got a job for my wife also and i came to know abput illict realtionship after the murred attack on me my wife has put 8 cases on me in 2013 like dv,maintance,Cc,pcr,pratation in property, case against my mother property,case against my mother tentant and I have applied divorce also I got 6 year son and he is with my wife

Yes! The call details will help u in quashing all the cases against you in quashing FIR in all the cases against you which are apparently false and fabricated.through a criminal writ petition 0F CERTIORARI filed against the police.
2.)
