Misuse of aadhar authentication

Hi Guys,
Recently my father had been to airtel office(authorized franchisee) to link his mobile to AADHAR , the person there after linking also opened a payment bank account against the number and set the setting to collect social security benefits(like gas subsidy) to this account (all this with out my fathers consent) , initially i went and requested the person to close the account for which he said it will be done in a couple of days , but this people are not closing the account. I request you guys to let me know what legal action I can take and how.

Vague query, as if you believed that the Bank authorities were blind, who could not tally the photo and the address of the person opening the account with the image and address on the Aadhar Card!
