Hi I have given my property for rent from 6years he is residing there now I need a property to b empty I have rented agreement continuously now from few months iam saying to empty the property he has taken help from lawyers and send a notice to me thats a legal thing he does to me how to suggest now I appointed lawyer to attempt the case what will b the exact procedure to remove tenant from my property how long it takea.. Can u plzz sugesst

You convert the current lease into lease and license. After 11 months you don't renew the lease.,. He will be automatically faced with ejection proceedings. Or currently you approach the rent controller and pray the court to evict the tenant on the ground of bonafide requirement or increase in rent which has increased several times when compared to the 1st time it was leased.If you don't want this tenant under any circumstances Bonafide requirement or good faith requirement for your own requirement the house is required and hence vacate the house plea you can raise which culminates in eviction proceedings of tenant.

Your wish that the property be "empty" is an inadequate ground for seeking eviction; it is not at all a genuine need. Each State has its own Rent Control Laws laying down the ground on which a Landlord can seek eviction of the tenant.
