Hi
I am a married hindu man. I am living a troubleful life for many years with my wife. I could not find a solution to get divorce as she is not ready for a divorce even if the situation is worst then anything. Now, i want to marry another Hindu girl. For that can i change my religion and marry that girl without getting a divorce from my wife?? Pls suggest a valid legal way out for us.
Thanks

The 2nd marriage has no legal validity and it is void abinitio. Taking undue advantage of the subsistence of 1st legal marriage, the 2nd girl may start black mail for cheating under section 420 and concealment of 1st marriage under section 495 of IPC. This may lead further confusion and inviting legal problems. Better not to marry without legally divorcing 1st wife, for heaven sake

Your thinking is totally against law. Forget that and try to patch up with your existing wife.

The courts of Republic of India upto Apex Court have thwarted such attempts to dodge and such act and such marriage would be illegal……………….

Who has suggested such tactics to you?
Some lawyer or IT’s, entities, posor, impostor that loiter at online portals like LCI to allure unsuspecting querists..
