What is maximum punishment to harassing person (s) if the victim who has been harassed commits suicide due to harassment any example precedent of similar case ?

By the way, what is your objective to know anonymously about the punishment for the offense? Do you intend to commit a crime to harass some person to compel him or her to commit suicide?
